If any of you celebrate St Patrick's Day, I hope it was as wonderful as mine! I think I may have eaten a whole corned beef by myself. I cooked 3 of them for a party of 4, and was only left over with enough for lunch the next day!

I was hoping to have a little more than that left so I wouldn't have to do much cooking this week, but alas... I am left to my own devices. I think I might opt for pizza tonight, hehe.
