It has been quite a while since I got on a scale but I knew it was time. I've spent the last couple years overindulging in grocery and restaurant delivery, eating more and more, and taking fewer and fewer steps. I take up so much more space in cars and on planes. It's clear that I've packed the pounds but how just many?
