Hey there ;]
If you know me, then you know I'm a picky eater.
Cake being no exception to the rule.
However, one of my absolute favorite cakes/cupcakes (and desserts, in fact) is confetti cake. Preferably with cream cheese frosting. :3

In part one I go through the process of making the batter, but can a fat girl honestly resist temptation for so long?  No, obviously this one can't.
Soooo, I had to of course go ahead and indulge in the batter.
Don't worry though, there was still plenty left to make a bunch of cute 'little' cupcakes..which you'll see in part 2. ;]
