Polyamory is being engaged in a multi-partner relationship that involves true love, equally among all partners.
Polyerotic couples (which most swingers are) engage in mult-partner fun in the bedroom, with no love or emotions extending to those outside their committed relationship.

Well, you do learn something everyday....or at least once a week. We are polyamorous. Triad (3 people) to be exact.

Ah, at the end of the day, it's just labels. My frame of mind is "if it makes you happy, do it". Who cares what the rest of society thinks, yunno.

So a trio, that's cool. I reckon the makeup in your relationship is FFM? I've always said to myself that my ultimate relationship; the one that is going to last for a real long time, would be comprised of three.
