can u tell me the best way to stimulate lactation to get milk started for my new adopted child witch ill be geting in two month's. she will be a new born and i want to make shure my breast is produceing milk  for when its time for my new babby. im a bbw with big boob's. and im 29 years old. can any of u nice women please help me. i dont want to take and pill's or any of that stuff so please help this women who is in need of help. u may get back to me on taken2notforu@yahoo.com thinks..

I would suggest to go see your local lactation consultant. A local hospital or OBGYN can point you towards one. They're not terribly expensive to see either. (about $40 for an hour appointment when i went to see one when my baby was born) They would be your best bet.
Fenugreek is a good thing to use to stimulate milk production.
