Yes, "M."  It stands for "Mermaid."  In Weighty Wench's latest clip, she does some vacation sightseeing.  You'll see her comparison posing next to a statue of a skinny mermaid, walking with her huge belly swaying pendulously below her shirt, taking another "walk" in her trusty wheelchair, and squeezing into a bench on a sightseeing boat.
