I found a shake weight in my house. I decide to put on my exercise outfit and attempt to use the shake weight. It was pretty funny attempting to do it. Watch my fat rolls and fat arms jiggle as I attempt to use it. I'm so out of shape even doing that slight movement makes me huff and puff. I'm so fat and out of shape and I love every minute of it.
