She looks similar to an extremely top-heavy model who appeared in the magazine Plumpers & Big Women sometime in the mid-90s... 1996 or 1997 if memory serves.  In PB&W the model I'm thinking of was billed as "Sarah".  I thought I had photos but I can't find any to compare, and I no longer have the magazine, so I can't be 100% certain. I can say that Sarah had massive, pendulous breasts like the model depicted photographically here; on the other hand, Sarah had black hair. Of course, hair color could have changed, or it could have been a wig, etc. Good luck w/ your search.

No, she doesn't look like the model "Sarah", to me.  I first saw this model on the 'net about five years ago.  No help to the original poster, I know. 

Besides those incredible boobs (yum!), she has a very desirable teardrop shaped body!
