I woke up really hungry one morning and decided to treat myself to a full day of eating. I started my day with a scrumptious breakfast and then went out for lunch to my favorite restaurant. Still feeling a little hungry, I took out the ice cream from the freezer. Mmmmm, nothing beats ice cream after a big meal!

I like to rub my tummy as I take extra bites of my frozen treat, it helps me make more room so I can indulge a little bit more. Ice cream has really helped me pack on some extra pounds. Come see for yourself ;)
