I like to occasionally do squats and I don't really have a reason why except that they are quick and easy to do and it makes me feel like I actually worked out when I really haven't. I decided to do some easy stretches and then do some squats for you but it turns out my legs were already super sore and I have no idea why! I must have slept weird or something, all I've been doing recently is sitting around! So these squats were way harder than they had to be and I'm going to be extra sore tomorrow.
