Happy Valentine's Day Everybody! I'm celebrating *Gal*entine's day with my bff and a movie! Of course we've been eating all the snacks. I made a special cheesecake this week, and I made sure to have two large pieces saved for today. It has an oreo crust, and is absolutely the best cheesecake I have ever made. Probably the third best tasting (which is still mega awesome because I have had some amazing cheesecakes)! I think the best was from nyc, which isn't surprising, hehe.
