There's a new eating movement going on down in Southern California called Food Truck Festivals. They aren't your average "roach-coach"; these babies are gourmet eateries on wheels offering some of the most decadent meals and naughty treats. I've always wanted to go to a festival and one sunny Saturday afternoon I was lucky enough to stumble across one in my area. There were so many trucks to choose from, it was hard to pick where I wanted to start! Come join me for the first half of my Public Pig-Out:Take Three at the Fatty Food Truck Festival where I enjoy two VERY fattening meals, washed down with a nice cold Pepsi. Everyone watched me while I stuffed myself on camera for you, I loved it! Be sure to look for the second part of this set where I move on to not one, but TWO desserts to finish of very full belly!
