In this second half of my food truck festival adventure, I move on to my favorite meal, DESSERT! I decide to grab a giant éclair and stuff my mouth with it's sweet yummy goodness. After my two previous meals it was a great transition and even though I was so full, I had to gobble all of it down it was so good! But I decided one dessert wasn't enough and moved onto a homemade Red Velvet Whoopie Pie. It was so decadent and delicious, I was in heaven!
