Operation thickness is this online mag with a members "eye candy" section where there are photos of models of many different size shape and colors. At operation-thickness a pretty BBW is just as good as a pretty thick chick ... we make no size distinctions (just be attractive and have some level of sex appeal), this week we updated with BBW SUPERSTAR.
