You have to download the DIVX player and make sure you dont have any conflicting programs.  Once you load the vids to your computer they should play with no problem.

A few questions you might want to ask yourself is

Do I have any conflicting players on my computer.

You would want to clean out and remove the ones that you dont use.

Do you updates and clean out your computer regularly,  Degfragment, scan disk etc.

I know a few people who had to totally clean out there computers because they had so many conflicting programs that many things were not working on there computer.

Usually if you limit your players and download properly there should be no problem.
