Mark your calendars for the weekend of October 16th through the 18th, as the New Jersey BBW Bash will take place at the Holiday Inn on Route 22 West in Springfield, NJ!
Our last event drew 377 people from all over the US, Canada, Europe and Australia to attend the best new BBW/FA event on the East Coast. The Bash Committee has done its best to keep this weekend as financially low as possible, given the current state of the economy. As you can see, you can decide & pay for whatever weekend events you want to participate in, and there’s a discount for those who want to attend everything!
First, the room blocks are officiially open. Our blocks run the dates from Thursday, October 15th, through Sunday, October 18th. The rate is just like last time, $109 per night, which also includes a scrumptious breakfast buffet.
To book your room(s), call 1-800-HOLIDAY, and use the code NJB. Please do not call the Holiday Inn in Springfield, NJ. Many of you already know the challenges of attempting to book through the local hotel!
We were extremely generous in the projections for the room blocks, but if you run into any problems booking for any one night, please shoot us a PM, and we'll take care of it.
Now, on to the schedule:
Friday, October 16th
2 pm on. Hotel check in. Pick up a Bash schedule at the front desk.
6 to 8 pm. Stop in the hotel restaurant for casual dinner (pay your own way).
8 pm to Midnight. The Bash kicks off with our POOL PARTY!!! Entertainement provided by Partners N Kryme (Admission $20).
12 midnight to? Hang with friends in the Hospitality Suite or Karaoke at the Lounge.
Saturday, October 17th
8 to 10 am. Breakfast Buffet in the Hotel restaurant (hotel guests only).
10 am to 12:30. Free time to hang with friends, shop, or take in the local sights.
12:30 to 3 pm. Pizza Party/Luncheon (Admission $20). The hotel will serve up their best New Jersey pizza, with all the fixins. After lunch, prepare to be entranced as noted hypnotist/comedian Barbara Gambrill will put you under her spell, and provide some of the funniest moments of the weekend!
3:30 to 7 pm. Relaxation time.......get ready for the dance! Also, shop our Bash Vendors in the Hospitality Suite.
7 to 9 pm. We’re having a hot/cold buffet dinner that will surely satisfy your appetite! (Admission $20)
9 pm to 1. The Dance (Admission $20). This year's theme is “The HomeComingâ€ÂÂ.
You are ALL homecoming kings & queens at the dance!! Costumes are optional, but you’re welcome to come as the football star, the scholar or the cheerleader that evening. We’ll have the best DJ the NJ has to offer, as you dance the night away!!
1 am to ? Back to the hospitality suite for snacks and soft drinks to refresh after the dance.
Sunday, October 18th
8 to 10 am. Breakfast Buffet in the Hotel Restaurant (hotel guests only).
10 to 1 pm. Say goodbye to departing guests in the hospitality suite/lobby.
1 pm to ? Farewell luncheon – Location to be determined (pay your own way)
