This is what you've all been waiting for! Here is the official itinerary for the NJ BBW Bash that will take place from October 3-5th at the Holiday Inn in Springfield, NJ. Please take the time to read all of this information, and contact us if you have any questions

Thursday (10-2-08)Early (unofficial) check-in for the early comers. Dinner at the hotel restaurant at 7:30 pm. Please let us know if you are coming in early, and if you will be attending dinner with us! (contact info below)
Friday (10-3-08)3pm on. Hotel check in. Meet & Greet in the front lobby
8 pm to 12 midnight. Pool Party (Admission $15). Remember that the pool party goes private at 10 pm!!
8 pm to 3 am. Hospitality Suite. Come relax, have some refreshments & snacks, and hang with your friends (Pool Party attendees only)
Saturday (10-4-08)
7am to 10 am. Breakfast (for hotel guests only)
1pm to 3:30pm. Game & Pizza Party in the Hospitality Suite (Admission $10). Join us for a light lunch, and fun competitive games, with the winner receiving a comp for the Saturday evening dinner/dance!!!
3:30 - 7pm. Free time - Take a nap, do some local shopping, swim in the pool, or meet up with friends in the lobby or at the bar.
7pm - 9pm - Dinner/Dance combo. Don't be late!! (Admission $45). For those who reserved for this combo, enjoy a wonderful dinner with friends before the masquerade party/dance.
9pm - 1am - Masquerade Party & Dance (Admission $20). Come as you are, or dress to impress, as you dance the night away. Wear only a mask, or come in full costume, just enjoy yourself!
1am - 3 am. - Hospitality Suite. Come & chill with friends after the dance. Beverages & snacks included.
Sunday (10-5-08)7am - 10am - Breakfast (for hotel guests only).
10am- 11am. - Hotel checkout (please let the hotel know in advance if you require a late checkout on Sunday)
11:30 am -
- Farewell party at either Famous Daves Barbecue, or Cheeburger Cheeburger. This farewell luncheon is ala carte, and is not included in the bash fees. ****Please make sure you're at the restaurant on time !!!!!****

3. Dinner/Dance (Saturday) $45
4. Dance only (Saturday) $20
Remember, if you prepay for all events (events 1-2-3), you pay only $65! All prepayments must be made by September 26th to qualify for the discount. (Make Paypal payments to

Please note that you need to RSVP to us for the following events:

3. Farewell Luncheon (Sunday) (List restaurant choice)
If you have selected the prepayment option, you are considered to be RSVP'd for all events, but you still must let us know if you are attending the farewell luncheon, and if so, whether you are going to Cheeburger Cheeburger or Famous Daves. Send all RSVP's to
