As promised (finally) a new weigh-in and measurements clip!  In think clip I talk about my expectations for how much I’ve gained before I get on the scale.  After my weigh-in I talk about what my weight goal is for the first time.  If that’s not enough to get your attention then you’ll be able to see me struggle as I try to get the measuring tape around my substantial girth.
