Looks like im the noob of the day haha. I bought a book called Big Big Love b/c down to the nitty gritty I have huge self esteem issues. All of my life I've been told that being fat was being ugly and no one would want you (I thought this) This book really opened up my eyes b/c guess what! Im not the only one!
